There  are no Hidden Fees with our service, there’s a $35 Remote Support fee which is  waived once our Solution is implemented.   The only time the $35 Remote Support fee will apply is if your issue is  not resolved on the Remote Support session and you are unable to take advantage  of our Advanced Hands-On Support solution.  An example of a scenario where an additional  cost may be required on our Advanced Hands-On Support solution is if it is  determined that a hardware replacement is required (because of a bad Hard  Drive, or memory, or graphics card, etc).   We will not charge you additional labor for the replacement of most  hardware; you will just pay for the part (There may be a charge to replace  internal laptop hardware).  If hardware  replacement is required a HandyTech will contact you before proceeding with the  work.  There is a $49 Advanced Hands-On  Support pickup fee which is waived once our Solution is implemented.  The only time the $49 Advanced Hands-On  Support pickup fee will apply is if service cancellation occurs with less than  24hours notice or cancellation occurs after we have picked up the device.
